  I have not as yet used the powder. Wondered if you were able to provide an idea as to how much powder to use as an equivalent to 1 med. onion. Would be handy to perhaps print on label on product. Thank you.

  Onion powder

  The texture of this powder is a bit finer than what I've been using, but the taste is nice and it's certainly very good value for money. I use it mixed with garlic powder and smoked paprika to coat beef or chicken, then smear it with olive oil before cooking in the air fryer.
