  Garlic Powder

  The texture of this powder is a bit finer than what I've been using, but the taste is nice and it's certainly very good value for money. I use it mixed with onion powder and smoked paprika to coat beef or chicken, then smear it with olive oil before cooking in the air fryer. Gives a very nice outside to the meat, especially when using the rotisserie in the air fryer.

  As per Onion Powder review. Not sure how much to use at a time. Info. on the equivalent of 1 or 2 cloves of garlic would be really helpful if using as a substitute, or info. on how much to use as a flavour enhancer. Thank you. I will of course experiment and look forward to positive results.

  A Hundred Uses

  Garlic powder is one of my go-to cooking ingredients. Whether making curried foods, stir fried veges or adding a nice bit of extra flavour to the breakfast mushrooms garlic powder is a secret weapon in the kitchen for me. Sick of running out of crushed garlic or the small bottles of powder you get at supermarkets this kilogram back of excellently priced garlic solves the problem.
