  Fenugreek seeds

  Vg service. Glad to find somewhere to buy these. I soak them to just sprouting and add to home made bread. Sprouted grain bread. Delicious. I also add to salads or just bread and marmite on a sandwich. Delicious & wholesome. I am trialing eating them to see if they help stabilise my blood sugar.

  The shipping was very fast. The seeds seem to be good quality. thanks. The only thing I can suggest is using a better quality ziplock bags. I transfered them into my own containers as soon as I received the seeds. So it was not a critical problem.
